I am new to msn messenger, i want to view the chat history between me and a friend, how do i do this?

I have tried clickin on the contact, but there is no option to view chat history?
Answer:

Both answers good ones. You have to have enabled logging chats before the convo, in order to retrieve the log, if you did not have it enabled at the time, then there is no chat log to retrieve.

I'm using Yahoo but in MSN it should be the same. Just go to options/preferences and look for conservation history. Make sure the keep history box is checked off. Great to use if there is no one else using your computer
