Most schools have already put a block on every proxy there is. I graduated in 09 but when i was a sophmore the entire student body knew of one proxy that wasnt blocked and shortly after they found out and it was blocked too. So i dont think there is a way to get threw the wall. You could try using the rosetta stone language program i've heard its very easy to learn new languages with it i've been thinking bout taking the french language program, you should look into it.
