You can't, it's anonymous. You shouldn't worry about what other people think about your videos, some people just push the dislike button just to make people like you that take it too seriously angry.

You can't, because it's anonymous. It's pretty impossible to find out who it is, but sometimes the person might leave a nasty comment.

Someone disliked a bunch of my videos too. I do want to find out who, but that is no reason to block anyone. You should only block people who are putting rude/creepy comments on your videos. You should not disable ratings tho, because you won't be able to find out who disliked your videos.
