    From what I've heard Justin Bieber got famous because a young producer saw him on YouTube, took him around Canada and the US on radio shows, then eventually got Usher to listen to him. A lot of YouTubers don't get very famous and its pretty unlikely to. I've noticed most of the popular ones have professional looking editing and cameras, a regularly scheduled "show," and a signature style with recurring jokes. Collaborations often help too. Maybe try a few of these things and see if it works?

Strange question to ask??? Have you done a Bieber or Usher blog/vlog seach? What about visit their home pages? I think if you look you will find :~)

First of all, Justin Bieber was discovered by a company and Justin Timberlake and Usher both wanted him. Obviously Usher won. When people put videos on YouTube everyone sees them. If someone from a record company likes them they will find a way to reach them. I have no clue how people reach the families, but somehow they do though. For your question of how the person knows it is a real producer contacting them, well, I have no clue about that either.
