How do you put movies from windows movie maker onto youtube?

I edited a few movies on Windows Movie Maker but i cant seem to put them on youtube. Someone told me that they were in the wrong format. Does anyone know how to convert them???

Answer:
You have to save it as a movie file first. It's under the file button, "save movie file". Just go through the steps. Then the final thing would play using windows media player or w/e. Then you have to upload that file. :]
