1) They can't tell you how much as that violates their contract. 2) You can't become a partner for having a lot of views on videos. It's all about subscribers. For example, I just started youtube. I have 57 subscribers. That won't work. But if you reach like 2,000 subscribers, you have a great chance to become one.
