Installing Google Chrome failed?

When installing Google Chrome it fails with the message "Installer download failed error code=0x800405ff". Any ideas why?

Answer:
Its to new... better to wait till they work the bugs out. I tested it and found it to need some work yet. Firefox3 is out.... And... IE 8.
