Why are google maps displayed incorrectly?

Why aren't the "web" and "images" etc links on Google displayed on my page?

When I search for something in Google and the page of results are displayed, there are no the links at the top saying "web, images, videos, maps, shopping" etc. Does anyone ...show more

I don't know why but I have an idea why. The administrators working for Google must be stupid, that's the only explanation I can come up with. I'm having the same problem now, I often search Images and Videos on Google. But now when I want to do that I have to do it the long way. By going to the Google homepage, and then clicking Images or videos, then typing in my search. Hopefully the administrators at Google will see sense one day and put it back to the old layout, and get rid of that stupid "show options" button.
