How can you put the picture on the side of the words?

Does anyone know the code on myspace to put have a picture and words going around it?

Well i got that on my picture but my brother wont tell me how he did it bc he was the one who did it for me.. but idk if this would help or not but it says blingee on the picture and i was able to put things like fireworks and stuff on my pic and that is what i did but i believe it lets you type things too
