go here and just copy the url in here: http://www.myspacelayoutspy.com/layout_stealer.php paste it in about me and to change background you can edit the code, jsut scroll down code till you see background image and erase the url next to it and insert your own. it has to be an url though so if you getting picture from computer go to tinypic.com or imageshack.org and upload it.

I don't know how to make the codes for those layouts but I know they're called default layouts and if you add some layout myspaces to yours they normally would a selection of them to choose from. Sorry I can't be much help. :/
