A lot of people ask this question so I'll re-post my answer step-by-step: ☼ Click "Start" ☼ Go to "Programs" ☼ Go to "Accessories" ☼ Go to "System Tools" ☼ Click on "Character Map" The Character Map has all the little ☼♦♥♪►◊♫☼☺♠♂ and even some €‌‗‚ڱڭصﮄﮔﮟﻻ. ► Note: be sure to use a normal looking font.
