    One of the main issues with Craigslist is that most of the time, you have no idea who the heck you are dealing with. This issue by itself has become a major source of safety issue with craigslist. Although you can use the reply link to respond to an ad, but be careful not to send any personal information at all. You donot know who on the other side is getting your info or how they are using it. Most legitimate ads provide links and info for further research. if an ad lacks one or there is no way to verify the contents, donot reply to it. You can also use other services who reveal the identity of the poster. YOu can also use those services instead. For example, http://www.Hubzi.com provides an option for posters to reveal their identity. Therefore, at least you have a starting point to investigate the poster and the ad before you reply to it.

Look on the ad for either a phone number or an email. The email should be right below the ad title. You have to reply to the person that posted it. I'm sure they will give you more information on the job and applying to whatever workplace they posted about. Feel free to contact me if you need help.

whenu click on the job, there is place near the top thaT SAYs "reply to:" and it will have a email adress after it. just copy and paste it into ur email and send ur resume.
