Where can i watch freeview TV channels for free on internet please?

    Some channels have shows available on their websites though this is limited to certain shows or you may need to pay. The BBC was trialling a multicast system http://www.bbc.co.uk/multicast which is now a closed private test that would have allowed this, think it was the BBC channels and ITV but your ISP had to suppport multicast. They also has a system called IMP that they were testing that would allow you to download programs after they were shown and watch for up to 7 days http://www.bbc.co.uk/imp. If you are a SKY customer you can get SKY by broadband that lets you download films, TV and sport depending on which sky package you have. This I think is free Online TV is something that TV companies are just looking at providing at the moment so don't expect to find much at the moment

Otherwise, there's some bbc stuff on the bbc two site: www.bbc.co.uk/bbctwo or the iplayer is launching in April with access to all the BBC's tv content on line. Chann;e 4 have just done one too - www.channel4.com but it only works on PC's

All of the UK TV channels are available to watch live streaming and on demand catchup when you are abroad if you have a VPN installed on your device. ITV, BBC, CH4, SKY & US TV stuff aswell like HULU will all start to work. HULU great for free movies. VPN switches your ip address to any country you like so you appear your are there, pretty neat.
