What are the dimentions of a bridge crane?

What do you think of this 'November Crane' poem?

  • Big, dark grey, crane. Grey clouds. Trees shroud-cloaked. Misted morning. North wind wings the crane to a bridge buffer...fender. Stilt-stands on wood. Ruffles feathers hunched ...show more

Are you speaking the like of Sand Hill Cranes, if so they migrant to our area by the thousands each year, they are a sight to see at a state park, do their courting dance etc. before they head for warmer climate, people travel here from a 100 mile radius + to view them. Poor lone Crane you spy, needs a new road map. GM

Your crane just gave my day a lift. Inanimate objects ooze life....birds perched on its arm. Power pole sentries Guarding our roads, linking arms Permanent Night Shift Birds on a wire A false move by one of them Could spark uprising Sorry I was thinking of a different crane - I wrote a children's poem once called "Jane, the Cross-eyed crane" it's fairly long but I will post it one day....(hedging my bets here)
