    WRC driver are full on professional drivers with salaries in the millions a year plus endorsements. Some of the top drivers in the WRC are your age with others not much older so I won't say it can't be done but it may be a little late for you to start training for a career at that level. Scandinavia, especially finland is known for their rally drivers so that may be a place to move to if you are serious.

You need to get training. If there are racing schools in India, join them. They may even have some suggestions as for how you can gain recognition from the racing community. This probably involves doing pay-for-yourself not-rally racing (or at least very lower levels of rally racing) until you get better. EDIT: Also, this is a very expensive and very difficult career path. Make sure you have the time, dedication and money to get into and through it.
