Probably a 148 for all mountain kind of riding but I would go to a shop or an online size calculator (shop is preferable because they can help you with a lot of things like what kind of board you want and whatnot) If you are riding in parks mostly you can get one a bit shorter. If you need more control it could be a tad bit bigger but I would discourage that. Please go to a shop!

u need a 145 or 148 the board should be as high as ur nose. ur gonna need to strech that stance, im 67'' tall an my feet are about 24" apart
