What is Tesco's mobile strategy?

• They seem to be doing a lot of innovative things such as the campaigns in South Korea and Gatwick Airport and the experiments with virtual mirrors, in store shopping etc. But what I find it difficult to understand is their strategy for mobile on a broader level. Could anyone familiar with the subject share some insights?
