iTunes works well because you will get exactly what you want. I'm assumin she has a coach because you need one for competitions. Ask the coach, they will probably clip it to 1.5 min for you if you don't know how.

You could try ITunes to get exactly what you want as far as music goes, and also be able to download it too. Don't worry about finding a song that fits the exact 1.5 minute requirement; ANY song chosen can be cut down to the exact time that you might need. I know that there are services that will do this for you, but you could probably have your coach or another coach at the rink do this for you:) Good luck!! I hope this helps.
