My daughter's name is Rhenna (Wren-a) She was named after one of my best friends (R.I.P) who's last name was Renick, and everyone called Ren.

I'll do mine, then my daughters' because everyone usually seems interested in their names! My name growing up was Candace Rachael Leighton (I'm now married!). I was named Candace because my mom had loved the name ever since she was a girl and named all of her dolls Candace! Rachael was my grandmother's name. I have all girl quadruplets. I had intentions of naming them traditional names, Margaret, Alexandra, Elizabeth and Christine, after various members of my husband's and my family, but whilst on bedrest for months, I decided not to. I think one day I just thought, "Hey. I'm having these babies, no one else but me. I have to deliver these babies, these are my babies. These are four girls who should have their own names, names that I picked out and I like." So I named them Allison, Emily, Megan and Celia. Their middle names are the more traditional names (Allison Margaret, Emily Christine, Megan Alexandra, Celia Elizabeth). Allison - At the time I was on bedrest, it was a new fresh name that no one really had and I LOVED it. I still thinks it's simply a beautiful name. Emily - Also while at the hospital, I made friends with a woman who was on bedrest with only one baby. I decided that I'd better stop complaining about being on bedrest when it was necessary with such a high order birth while this woman was on bedrest with just one! We became very good friends and her name was Emily. Megan - Again while at the hospital on bedrest, I watched a movie shortly before I had the babies and it was about a teenage girl who went through a bunch of hard times with her friends but realized that her family would always be there for her. I obviously was very hormonal and emotional but really took to the name, making Baby C Megan. Celia - While looking through a magazine of baby furniture (a very stressful task knowing that every price will be quadrupled for you!) there was a little girl with a towel around her that said 'Celia'. She was a beautiful little girl with a beautiful name. So my names aren't TOO sentimental, but they all were chosen by me exclusively during a time that was both my most wonderful and most horrible - BEDREST WITH QUADRUPLETS!

Candace

My dad was in love with Meg Ryan and I was named Meg, not Megan. I was going to be Cecil if I was a boy (thank goodness I was a girl!)

Meg Jane ♥

My oldest daughter was supposed to be a boy so the whole pregnancy the name was Austin Michael. Suprised was I when I came to in recovery(emergency c section) and they told me how beautiful "she" was so we swtiched to Autumn Marie. My second daughter took about 4 years to conceive so I watched way to much television in between fertility treatments, and became obsessed with Greys Anatomy and fell in love with the name Izzie which they spelled Isobel which I thought was very unique. So we therefore had an Isobel, and then the middle name needed to be after my hubbys grandmother so it was catherine, so I went with Isobel Katherin (made gramma happy and me because the actress who plays Izzie's name is Katherine.). Lame to some but we think it worked out great. Now I am pregnant with # 3 and have no idea for baby names!
