Yes it definitely does! I know from personal experience! Water helps flush the toxins out of your body,therefore helping to clear the skin. I decided to test this theory. I was all broken out and one day I started drinking water like crazy! A few days later and my face was clear! Then,after my face was completely clear,I stopped drinking as much water and it broke out again. Yes,I know for a fact that a lot of water clears skin. Drink 8-12 glasses a day for maximum results!
