Every day is too often, I use it once a week, but when I use I put tissue paper over the egg white on my face and allow it to dry, once it is dry, I peel it off. It works like the Biore pore strips, but it is for your entire face. It keeps my skin clear.

i have blackheads and i use a neutrogena deep clean cleanser, then pore strip over my nose and then i use simple toner
