Hello i really need help i want to tone my stomach, legs, and arms i want a flat stomach and to drop pounds?

Crunches, leg raises, twists and hanging from a bar, lifting your knees to your chest will build your stomach (abs) area and flatten your tummy. Light weight lifting will increase your metabolism rate and tone your legs and arms. Stretching and yoga can also be incorporated in your health program. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes (948 blood sugar level when I was checked into the hospital); I had to join the program to live. Good luck!
