  Firstly you need to get the high rate mobitlity componant. Then you need to have passed your test or have a nominated driver. The if you phone up DLA they can send you a book on the cars that you can get from the garage, each garage has its own DLA sales person there, then instead of getting the mobility money each month the garage takes it for the car, and for the insurance. You can also just go into the garage and ask someone there about the DLA cars and they will give you lots of good information.
