How ebay works on bidding?

• I need to know how ebay works in auction...Plz explain how one can bid and has chances to win the auction on ebay...

  You only pay if you win the auction. Make sure you look at shipping people try to get you with that when you see a low priced item but forget to look at shipping cost. I usually put the things in a watch list and wait till a item is about to end around 30-40 seconds before it ends because if you bid too early the person who bidded before you would get mad and out bid you then will watch the auction until it ends. If you wait then eventually the person will think they will win it for sure and forget about the auction. I'm sneaky I guess. Sometimes they will put a automatic set limit like they would put down 5 dollars but put a maxium bid of 15 or how much ever they want. So it would keep saying you been out bided until you increased their maxium bid.
