my yahoo messanger cant run plug-in about social view in my win xp

You're right, it will not run in Messenger 10, but you can connect to FB here on Answers, through your Mail page, on MyYahoo on your Home page and many other places. Even on Messenger 9, just not on 10. If you'll look in the Plug-in Manager, you'll notice there's NO Social View Plug-in listed there. It's just one of the differences between the older messengers and messenger 10.
