Depends on what you like. My favorite are their fried spring or egg rolls. You wrap them in lettuce and garnish with cucumber, carrots and cilantro then dip in a sweet, spicy hot sauce. The menu is heavy on noodle dishes, mostly soup like. Try the one on Hillcroft just south of Westheimer for an inexpensive introduction
