One that helped me thru my lower back injury: Sit on your knees on the floor, try to keep your back as straight as possible. Put your arms up above your head, like you're about to dive into a pool. SLOWLY move both your arms and back forward, down to the ground until it becomes so painful that you cannot do it anymore. Stretching thru the light pain is what will speed up your recovery. Hope I helped!! EDIT: But I would really suggest a chiropractor- only they can know what is wrong. They helped me thru this injury above, as well as when I slipped a disk in my back a few months back. It will hurt during their procedure, but after, you will feel like a million bucks.
