Yes, it can, especially if you are straining your eyes. Also if you do not have a good set up and you are straining your neck, it could cause you to have a headache. If you are going to be using your computer that much, you should try to have things set up ergonomically.....Make sure your chair is of proper height, and your monitor is in a good location to where you do not have to strain your neck (sometimes you do not even realize you are doing it). Also make sure that your keyboard and mouse are both in good position, this will help to keep your shoulders and wrists from hurting. GOOD LUCK
