Which MCAT review book is the best one to study from so that I could get a high score on the MCAT 2008?

The best book is the best one for you based on your learning style and how much you already know. Go to a book store and take 30 minutes with each MCAT prep book and see if it makes sense to you and if you think it will help you. What worked for your friend may not work for you because of how you learn and how your brain works. Your library probably also has several of the books, and even last year's edition will let you know about how the book is organized and if it will work with you. If it works for you best it is the best book for you.
