i dont no much about cali schools... but ur high school must be damnn easy, if u have above a 4.5 GPA and ur only 12th in ur class then there is some serious grade inflation at ur school. and a 650 on an SAT II does not match up to someone getting above a 4.5... but anyway, u can definitely get into UCSD or UCI, but idn about berkeley, its definitely pretty tough
