    I'm somewhat surprised there isn't one in your area already, it's full of homeschoolers. If you haven't yet, join a local homeschool support group. Or join many groups. I've belonged to 4 or 5 at a time for various reasons. Advertise in any homeschool newsletters, internet groups and whatever. You could start with a meeting, or just have people email or phone you so you can find out how much interest there is. You may find that there is a homeschool league or two in the area and you could hook up with them. Best of luck to you :D
