  My horror story wasn't as immediate as say a tooth in the sandwich, but I would have taken that anyday. My boyfriend brought me a cheeseburger from BK at work. It had mustard and ketchup and I hate mustard and ketchup, thank god, because I only ate a few bites of the burger. I would probably not be alive to tell this fun story now if it had been plain. 2 hours after eating the burger I became violently ill. I will spare the worst details, but I will say this, E coli is no frigging joke. I had blisters in my entire digestive system, mouth to anus. I was expelling blood and mucus from both ends. I was sick and getting treatment for a month. IV's, the works. I hurt so bad, that drinking room temp water would cause excruciating pain where I would curl up and moan. I am a big girl but in the month following this episode I lost over 30 lbs and I was still not doing well for 2 months after due to a weakened system. I do not eat bk, I rarely eat out at all. I don't trust food I am not making myself.
