I do not see how they could fail to be aware of it. They gave a pointer to places where we could give feedback - and nearly everyone who replied disliked it. They gave another pointer to a place where we could report bugs, but as far as I know, none have been fixed. (Please let me know if I am wrong on that one) Now they seem to have repeated the same behavior with email: they have produced a new interface that is far poorer than the old one and has numerous bugs. The question is: Do they care? EDIT: Actually, they have fixed a lot of the bugs. But they seem to be committed to this new format.
