    The world is broken in to time zones, UTC is what used to be known as GMT. It's the time in Greenwich, London, England. From the US East coast, depending on if you are in Daylight Savings, you are either 5 or 6 hours behind. ie. When you wake up in the morning, London is already eating lunch. Timeanddate.com has a great page that tells you your current time AND the current UTC time. Right now, you are 5 hours behind (-5 hours). This year, the USA will observe Daylight Saving Time (DST) between Sunday, March 8th and Sunday, November 1st. The UK will observe DST between Sunday, March 29th and Sunday, October 25th. PENNSYLVANIA IS -5 HOURS AWAY FROM UTC!!!! SO, IF IT IS 3:45 PM, or 1545, THEN IT IS 8:45PM, or 20:45 in England. It's a 5 hour difference!!!!!!!! Go EAST add HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
