Corsa C Modifications?

Performance mods must be declared. Alloy wheels must be declared. All window tints need declared (except from rear side windows I think) Your SXI lights do not need to be declared since they are a standard Vauxhall part. Also high airflow filters (the ones that fit in the standard airbox) don't need to be declared, but cone filters do - cone filters are worse anyway for power. Whether they affect the insurance premium is down to the insurer, give them a ring and tell them what you want to do and they'll tell you how much extra (if at all) it will cost.

Anything it did not come out of the factory with MUST be declared to your insurers. The Vauxhall smoked tail lights ARE after market as they are not standard for that model. Steve is living in a dream world with that answer and by not declaring ANY modification could leave your insurance void. It WILL say that on your policy if you take the time to read it.

you can thank steve all you like ..but he got it wrong ...if your model car was fitted with a certaint type of wheel then you must inform insurance if you change it ...same with exhaust ..lights ..suspension mods ..if you are involved in an accident ..even not your fault ..the assesor will report back to the company..and you will be on your own ..seen it too many times in my garage .........any way why are you driving a corsa ?..its a girls car
