How can I show appreciation to my customers?

What is the best way to personally show appreciation to my iPhone repair and parts customers?

  • I always write a personal note with all my mail order sales and service. My labor prices are rock bottom so discounts wouldn't be feasible. Have any suggestions or ideas? I sell on eBay and Amazon. on Amazon and http://oemiphoneparts.com on eBay.

Here's a few things I do for my clients -include and install free screen protector with repair. -include a free charging cable with a repair (always useful) -for wholesalers, you could include a few free product samples that they have not ordered yet. This is not only a gift but they may want to buy them in the future. -if you get to know your clients on a personal level, you can send emails updating them on new repairs, discounts, seasons greetings etc. Good luck.
