It's a shopper's paradise. There is a famous street called La Rambla or La Ramblas that is famous for its shopping, especially leather goods but basically everthing, brand names...whatever you want. Once you get on this street you will know what I am talking about. I visited in 2009 and got a good deal on leather shoes and belts.
