Actually, spanish food is WONDERFUL! And they have some of the greatest chocolate there! oooh! Let me see if I can scare up the best Trufa recipe I've found! Hang on. Authentically Spanish...no animal stuff...and chocolate...what more could you ask for? Should come out REALLY good! Be careful not to scorch the chocolate while melting (it ruins EVERYTHING) and your teacher might give you extra credit for using the recipe IN SPANISH. They'll need to be kept cold until about half an hour before you eat them.
