the first things you need are training and experience. agents are last on the list. agents do not cost. they only get paid if you work. they get 10%. you need to be where the auditions and agents are to do this. if your a minor you will need a parent to get an agent for you and do this with you. take some professional acting classes and get a professional opinion on how much talent you have. friends and family aren't going to be a reliable source. you can look on SAG'S web site and see if your near any agents. you will need to be where they are. you can't just get one from anywhere.
