    You will need years of training, along with years of experience. Disney won't take just a newcomer to the industry. I was taking acting lessons at my school, but then I transferred. You can't just get an agent. And you know you don't apply. Getting an agent is not like getting a credit card. You need the same stuff Stronger3d listed. You have a long way to go. Acting isn't a key to becoming a socialite or the next hot topic. Acting is a passion and it's about getting out of your comfort zone and exploring a different personalities. If you are in it for the fame, kids that watch Disney Channel won't really care about you. I suggest you drop this whole acting thing until you are sure it's your path.

As everyone says you can't get an agent for acting until you have at least 2-3 years experience acting at a local level (school plays, community theatre, summer stock, student films) and training from a top acting school.
