    go with the first one listed. higher fps also higher mag cap. and also the second one says small battery pack. the first one doesnt say but u have a chance of it being a large battery which means longer play time and yes it does matter cuz i have a big pack and i run out of battery alot i cant imagine having a smaller battery. they both seem pretty accurate and u can spray cuz its automatic. if you are that insistant on accuracy buy a very tight barrel so the bb doesnt bounce around as much. ur just gonna have to figure out how to install it in ur gun :D
