  Ok first off let me calm your nerves by saying that the avarage time to concevie is 6-12 months if you are actively TTC by testing ovulation with OPKs etc and time sex for pregnancy NOT having sex randomly. So if you've been actively trying for months(since I don't know if you were testing for ovulation o not?), you are fine because in as much as I know many women have conceived with cycst on both ovaries many times and have succeeded in having healthy babies and also your age is quite impressive too. Regarding cysts, it depends if they are on both ovaries and how big they are. Sometimes if you have cysts but one ovarie is clear then that ovary will compensate for the one that may potentially be "blocked" by a cyst. The body does wonders to deal with difficulties. But like I said it can easily take a year to conceive so for now just keep trying and don't worry. should it be well over a year then you could go and get checked out.
