How To Make Fishing Lures?

I want to make my own soft fishing lures but i dont want to have to buy a lot of stuff how do i do it?

  • i dont mind buying the hooks but i dont want to keep buying soft baits i just want to learn how to make my own. help please. what do i probly have around my house to use to make them

    i found one that used plaster to make the molds, its a little time consuming but it works well. also try jannesnetcraft, & barlowstackle.com. they are the 2 i use the most & they have just about everything you could want to make all kinds of lures. good luck!!!

I have made my home made lures using; soft plastic baits, size 2-4 hooks, various colors of feathers, string and super glue. Instructions Take two feathers and place them together, wrap them in string then super glue them. Place the feathers on the hook, wrap with string then super glue them.
