    It's a matter of making your bedroom as sparse as possible. In other words, no clutter and everything (clothing) has to be inside either the closet or drawers. Preferably no carpeting, only washable floor rugs, special sheets for dust mites, no curtains - only a shade, and a HEPA air purifier to keep the air clean. Seriously, the best thing for my allergies... going to the chiropractor. Once I started going (3 years ago) my seasonal allergy symptoms have dropped a good 75-80%. Other than that, wash your face with cold water, take a benedryl or 2 and go to bed (try changing your sheets and buying a new pillow too!) Hope you feel better!
