How to deal with allergies without medication?

How can I get rid of nose allergies (sneezing, runny nose, etc.) without the use of medication/shots?

  • I have nose allergies and I currently have no access to medication. How can I treat the allergies? Any advice on like what you do with your nose or something?

Drink a glass of OJ with 1 tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar in it every morning. It is a powerful antioxidant. I used to have shots once a month and now I don't have any allergies at all. You have to keep at it though.

No, there's nothing you can do without medicine.

There isn't much you can do. Wear a mask....keeps pollen, dust, mold, from reaching your nose.

I have been doing some reading on the use of nasal irrigation and it sounds like it may work. (just google nasal irrigation) Also, if you can purchase locally grown honey it can help build your immunity to the actual allergen.

Hi, I had the same problem. For a period of 7-10 days or so early this spring, I was sneezing non-stop (which is not a good thing when you drive for a living!). I took benadryl and it helped a bit, but it also made me drowsy (not a good thing when you drive for a living!) I took mangosteen juice....gone! 2 days! Haven't sneezed since!
