Yahoo is not letting me change my Avatar picture?

I tried changing it like 3 times already and I've been waiting FOREVER. Is there another way I can change it?

Answer:
Go to avatars.yahoo.com and make sure you hit Submit. Go into your profile (My Activity tab at the top of this page) and select Edit My Preferences. Select your avatar. Go to pulse.yahoo.com and check that it worked. If it did not work, it is not your fault. Yahoo is working on the site today and many things are going wrong. You'll get your avatar soon.
