What is the best way to paint a stucco ceiling? Also, what's the best way to tape off the stucco ceiling?

I personally avoid using tape - instead, try using a paint edger. There are several types for those who can't "paint a straight line." Find at paint store - they're cheap.

The best way to paint any ceiling, is to mask off the wall with plastic attached to tape. Then, you can spray the paint on to the ceiling. After the paint is dry, you can remove the plastic, and you should have a clean job.
