  There are always things like dribbling through cones - but try mixing things up. Try only using your left foot - then only your right foot - then only the outsides of your feet. Draw a line on the ground 3' away from a wall. Bounce the ball off the wall and see how many you can do in a row. If you cross the line you have to start over. Once you get to 20 without a miss, then you have to alternate feet. Alternate bouncing the ball on the ground and on your foot (this is like juggling, on it has to bounce off the ground ever other time). Once you get to 20 without a miss, then you have to alternate feet. Stand in front of a 30 gallon trash can, holding a soccer ball with both of your hands. Your head should be down and your back should be almost parallel with the ground. Raise your kicking foot and step forward with it. Drop the ball and kick it with the top part of your foot (your instep) - it should clear the can. You should continue forward and land on your kicking foot. If you hit the ball correctly with the sweet spot of your foot, the ball should not spin while its flying through the air.
