You have to do this move at speed, but try it slower when you are practicing. To execute it, dribble straight, as if challenging a defender. Then, swing your leg ( right or left, doesn't matter) in front of the ball, and then back around it. ( Your leg should end up about a foot diagonally outside from the ball). After that step you should then take your opposite leg and tap the ball with the outside of your foot, around the defender. Once you get good with the ball stopped, move onto dribbling faster and faster, and then executing the move.
