to increase your stamina you must do short sprints repeatedly. back and forth, back and forth. this will help alot. it isn't easy but it will pay off. some things to practice are side foot passes with both feet. drive shots, which means hitting the ball with the top of your laces with power, practice with both feet. also practice making long and short ariel passes. if you want to get fancy, you can practice curling to ball. practice headers and controling the ball with your chest. this is pretty basic but hard to master.
